ill answer on behalf of my grandpa…he wakes up at 7am reads the newspaper, eats a healthy breakfast..(whole wheat toast) ..then he goes on a 10 km walk. He is around 65

Question by dogluva: Please answer. I’m afraid I might die because my parents wouldn’t listen?
I’m 14 and 5’8. I used to do cross country and loved it. I was good, too. But this year my lungs felt wrong (this was in september) and I wasn’t very fast. I quit due to stress caused from home renovations.. We were staying in a hotel for 2 weeks.. So I had to get out. My lungs/chest (i really don’t know what it is) feel so tired when I breathe. It used to be that it was off and on, but now its pretty much constant. It hurts right bellow my breast (not that I have any -.-). In the center of my rib cage as well as the right. It basically feels sore.. all the time.. but worse in the middle of my breath. I feel as though I don’t get enough oxygen.. but I know I am. I just don’t feel like every breath should be a fight.. at least it wasn’t so for me. I tell my parents that I feel exhausted when I do chores but they say its just an excuse. My mom also believes its anxiety, while my dad says its in my head.. its not. I’m tired of feeling exhausted from simply breathing and I want to be able to run like I used too.

It doesn’t make noise when I breathe, and its bellow my breast. Does that cross out asthma?

well i am not into cross country but the same type happened to me, turns out that it was just in my head, try talking to a doctor
